The competition provides conscripts, contract servicemen, and officers from various subdivisions the unique opportunity to display their skills, enhance their strategic-professional abilities, and developed their willpower and enhance their combat abilities through training, and by overcoming physical and psychological obstacles.

Testing exercises, physical and shooting preparedness competitions, above-ground paratrooper preparedness training, parachute jumps and other obstacle courses took place, throughout the review process that commenced on August 20th.

Servicemen who reached the final stage tested their strengths in educational hand-to-hand combat.

Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan handed out black berets to the servicemen with the best performances.
