On September 14, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan received the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the National Assembly of France Jean-Louis Bourlanges, who was accompanied by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Armenia Olivier Decottignies. The meeting was also attended by the Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Sargis Khandanyan. Issues related to regional security were discussed during the meeting. The Minister of Defence introduced the situation in place on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
