On May 17th, the delegation led by Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, major-general Onik Gasparyan participated in a meeting of the NATO military council, including chief of the general staff.

The meeting, which included nations participating in the “Resolute Support” mission in Afghanistan, was dedicated to exchanging opinions concerning the involvement of different nations in the mission, the reaffirmation of continuous commitment, as well as the coordination of issues and planning guidelines for 2018 and thereafter.
