The aim of the meetings, which are taking place in accordance with the preparation plan of the Armed Forces, is to reinforce and improve the skills of officers in daily management of troops, improve their theoretical professional knowledge and their practical skills, and assess the level of preparedness of individual commanders through trainings and general examinations.

The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan, Deputy Ministers of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Ara Nazaryan and Davit Pakhchanyan, and Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, major-general Onik Gasparyan held lectures concerning the implementation of the “Mission Command” concept in management of the Armed Forces, reforms in the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, recent accomplishments and prospects for development, as well as the human resource recruitment policy of the Armed Forces.
