At the invitation of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, the delegation led by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan will participate in a conference on security-related questions, taking place in Moscow from March 14th to March 15th. During the conference, a meeting is planned between the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Valeri Gerasimov.

During the same time period, the working group from the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia will participate in a consultation between experts concerning the assessment and neutralization of threats in the collective security territories, taking place at the joint headquarters of the CSTO.
