The head of the Ministry of Defence laid flowers at Vazgen Sargsyan's bust. Afterwards, a consultation was held with the members of the YVU board, during which the chairman of the YVU board Sasun Mikaelyan presented the programs implemented by the Ministry of Defence within the framework of the cooperation with YVU, touched upon a number of issues that need to be resolved.

The Minister of Defence emphasized the activities of the YVU and the significant participation in the process of ensuring the security of the state, stressed the need to make every effort to expand the opportunities for cooperation. Suren Papikyan noted that all the issues raised during the consultation and the proposals presented will be discussed in detail and appropriate solutions will be provided.
