The conference was attended by the head of the NOIU and the teaching staff, students of the departmental academic retraining course "Military security of the state" and the master's educational program in the specialty "State and military management", as well as invited specialists.

The speakers presented the thematic issues of the conference, a professional discussion unfolded on the issues and possibilities of conducting military diplomacy, on the historical and political experience of conducting Armenian military diplomacy, political and legal mechanisms of military diplomacy, multilateral military-political cooperation of the Republic of Armenia, peculiarities of conducting Turkey-Azerbaijan military diplomacy and on other related issues.
