On November 22, at around 18:10, subdivisions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire from different caliber firearms at the Armenian positions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, in particular, located in the village of Norabak, Gegharkunik region, as a result of which a conscript of the military unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense, private Suren Yurik Safaryan (b. 2002), received a fatal gunshot wound.
The RA Ministry of Defense shares the bitterness of the loss and expresses its support to the family members, relatives and colleagues of Suren Safaryan.
