Suren Papikyan met with the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Estonia
On February 15, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Estonia Hanno Pevkur. The parties discussed prospects for Armenia-Estonia cooperation in the defence sector. Notably, they agreed to initiate defence cooperation, identifying cybersecurity as a particularly promising area of cooperation.

On February 14, the First Deputy Minister of Defence-Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan, also attended a reception for high-ranking military commanders. At the reception, Edward Asryan held private meetings with the Chief of the Defence Staff of the Federal Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Germany, General Carsten Breuer, the NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe and Commander of U.S. European Command, General Christopher Cavoli, the Commandant of the NATO Defence College, Lieutenant General Arthur Nielsen (Danish Armed Forces), as well as other senior military officials.

On February 14, by the invitation of the Chief of the Defence Staff of the Federal Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Germany, General Carsten Breuer, the First Deputy Minister of Defence-Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan participated in a roundtable discussion with his counterparts within the framework of the Munich Security Conference. Lieutenant General Edward Asryan also engaged in informal discussions with his counterparts from the United States, Germany, Sweden, Finland and Argentina, as well as with the Chairman of the NATO Military Committee. Subsequently, as part of the delegation led by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Edward Asryan participated in the official opening ceremony of the Munich Security Conference.

On February 11 on the sidelines of his working visit to India, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan held a meeting with the Minister of Defence of India, Rajnath Singh. Both parties expressed their satisfaction with the current state of bilateral cooperation and explored avenues for further expanding defence cooperation between Armenia and India. Additionally, the Ministers exchanged views on regional and international security issues. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to India Vahagn Afyan and the Chairman of the Military-Industrial Committee of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry Aram Jivanyan also attended the meeting.
