On August 7, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan visited the MoD Military Police and held a consultation with the leadership.
The Chief of the MoD Military Police, Major General Ashot Zakaryan briefed on the work being done among the Armed Forces to strengthen the legality and discipline, and the upcoming activities to the Minister of Defence.
The Head of the Defence Agency urged to be intolerant towards the vicious morals and spare no effort to eradicate them from the Armed Forces.
Measures for the prevention and detection of crimes, interaction between the military unit and the military police, aimed at strengthening discipline, as well as other issues were discussed.
Minister Papikyan gave some guidance and instructions for further activities.
