According to the requirements of the RA Government Decree N 1091-N of August 22, 2019, the servicemen under the contract of officer and senior non-commissioned officers of the RA Ministry of Defense, who expressed their desire to participate in the targeted program of long-term mortgage lending on affordable concessional terms for the purchase of an apartment or house, and who submitted an application in accordance with the established the procedure and timing were included in the 2021 mortgage lending program.

Participants of the loan program, starting from 10:00 on April 15, within five working days, with an identity document (RA passport with a registration mark, upon presentation of an ID card, a reference of all registrations from the passport department), with service certificate and a reference about being in service from the place of service, they can apply to the General Department for the issues of health, social protection of the servicemen and issues of veterans of the RA Ministry of Defense (Yerevan, Babayan 4, tel. 010-28-74-41) to receive a reference of participation in the mortgage lending program 2021.
