During the conslutation, chaired by the RA Minister of Defence Vagharshak Harutyunyan, a wide range of issues related to the problems faced by the Armed Forces in the post-war period, the steps taken to transform the army and the current reforms were discussed.

Reference was also made to regional issues and the modern challenges conditioned by them.

During the consultation, the sector responsibles made reports, which were discussed. The participants of the consultation made proposals on the issues raised. At the end of the consultation, the Minister of Defence gave the necessary instructions to resolve the issues discussed.
