A number of temporary measures are being implemented in the Armed Forces of Armenia in order to prevent the introduction of a new coronavirus infection among the personnel.

The access has been tightened at the military-medical institutions, the entry is allowed only after checking the body temperature at the checkpoints and with the medical protective masks.

The organization of medical care and services for family members of servicemen who need routine examination and medical care, former servicemen who receive military pension for seniority and disability, as well as participants in combat operations and other beneficiaries has been concealed in the military medical institutions.

The mandatory military servicemen are granted leave only if there are respective grounds provided for in the paragraphs 2 and 3 of part 6 of article 28 of the RA Law on “Military Service and Status of Serviceman”.
