Chief of General Staff tours several military units

The chief of the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff, Lt. Gen. Artak Davtyan, visited several military units on 3 December.

He studied the details of the everyday military service, the level of the training and how the hardware is maintained. Lt. Gen. Davtyan told the service personnel that everything is being done to improve the living conditions of servicemen and ensuring more productive service. He also visited a peacekeeping unit. At his meeting with the personnel, Lt. Gen. Davtyan spoke about regional developments and security issues and the peacekeepers’ mission in that context. He gave instructions and direction to the commanders of the units he visited.
