Commanders of various army corps, and the Yerevan and Gyumri garrisons also participated via conference call. They briefed the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia on works carried out to improve the level of discipline and alertness of troops.

During the consultation, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan gave orders to continue works aimed at improving the level of alertness of troops, the conditions for combat duty, and the reliability of reinforced structures, and to further concentrate efforts towards refraining from provocations and threats to further increase the security of front-line servicemen. Lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan brought forth a number of issues and gave out a number of directives.
