Deputy commanders of the army corps and commanders of military bases under the subordination of the army corps presented reports on works concerning combat and mobilization, headquarters, combat duty, operative and combat preparedness, armament and military equipment maintenance, their combat implementation preparedness status, the educational curriculum, professional preparedness of officers and servicemen, and increase of discipline among servicemen.

The results of headquarter military exercises with live fire that took place in October were also summarized, and appropriate conclusions were made.

Summarizing the meeting of the military council and reports, army corps commander, Colonel V. Qocharyan noted the progress that took place in the 3rd quarter, the shortcomings, and the works necessary to correct correct those shortcomings. The commander of the military base expressed gratitude to the servicemen who honorably carried out their responsibilities, and gave directions concerning future works aimed at enhancing combat preparedness and discipline.
