Both sides have valued the cooperation between the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, and the Kansas National Guard and the US land forces in Europe, emphasizing the fact that high-ranking visits and the current presence of a number of groups of experts from the Armed Forces of the United States of America are proof of active and effective cooperation and mutual trust. The cooperation between the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, the Kansas National Guard and the US land forces in Europe includes a number of directions, including peacekeeping under UN sponsorship, training of a unit for detection and neutralization of improvised explosive devices, preparation and certification of a level 2 military field hospital, formation of a skilled sergeant staff, multinational military exercises, etc.

The high-ranking delegation from the US armed forces will participate in the celebrations dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the declaration of independence of the Republic of Armenia. It is also expected that the delegation will visit a lesson on detection and neutralization of improvised explosive devices as well as the facilities in which the instructors of the newly formed military medical center of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia are re-trained.
