A regular monitoring session was conducted in the region of Tavush

On June 22nd, the regular monitoring session of the Armenain-Azerbaijani border was conducted near the settlements of Chinari, in the region of Tavush, by the Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson.

On the Armenian side, the monitoring was carried out by the Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Jiri Aberle and Peter Svedberg.

No violations have been recorded throughout the monitoring.

During the breifing, which immediately followed the monitoring session, the heads of border communities introduced the OSCE officials with their concerns regarding Azerbaijan’s constant shootings near their settlements. The OSCE representatives were also presented with the statistics of Azerbaijan’s violations.
