The Azerbaijani Armed Forces Target their own Population

All military objects noted in the photos for the Armed Force of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, in accordance with international customs for human rights (which, in addition to others, are expressed in the 52nd article of the first draft of the Geneva Conventions concerning the defence of casualties in international military confrontations signed in August 12th 1949), are legitimate targets.

The Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in violation of the international customs for human rights expressed in article 58 of the same draft, did not avoid placing military targets (including military units) in or nearby residential areas.
