The statement of the Central Housing Commission of the RA Ministry of Defence

For the information of military pensioners with many years of service, who are on the housing register.
According to the decision N 540-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of May 10, 2019, the process of providing gratuitous state financial assistance for the purchase of an apartment or a house to former military personnel who were dismissed in accordance with the established procedure from military service in the RA Ministry of Defense and who are registered as having the right to housing while serving in the army is continued.

The beneficiaries included in the queue for registration of housing in the city of Yerevan are offered to update their housing affairs by submitting the following documents to the General Department of Health, Social Protection of servicemen and veterans of the RA Ministry of Defense:

- a copy of the demobilization order,

- copies of passports of the beneficiary and his/her family members with the registration page (with originals),

- a copy of the marriage (divorce) certificate (with originals),

- certificate from the passport department on the registration addresses of the beneficiary and his/her family members (in case of more than one registration, indicate all the registration addresses),

- copies of certificates of ownership of the beneficiary and his family members to the apartment (residential building) of the beneficiary at the place of registration (with originals), as well as a certificate of persons registered in these apartments from the passport department,

- a certificate from the condominium about residents indicating the number of living rooms and living space,

- a certificate from the relevant subdivision of the State Committee for Real Estate Cadastre under the Government of the Republic of Armenia on the acquisition and (or) alienation by title of the beneficiary and his family members over the past 5 years of residential real estate in the territory of the Republic of Armenia,

- in the case of a land plot next to a house, a certificate from the community about the presence of a building at the specified address,

- in the case of an unfinished building, a certificate from the community or the cadastre on the completion of construction with the attachment of photographs approved by the head of the community,

- certificates issued by the relevant authority to persons registered in the disaster zone or victims of a natural disaster, and in the case of refugees, on the failure to provide an apartment or on the absence of an appropriate certificate for its purchase.

The documents are accepted from February 1, from 14:00 to 17:00, at the General Department of Health, Social Protection of servicemen and veterans of the RA Ministry of Defense (address: 4 Babayan str., Yerevan, tel. 010-28- 74-41, 31-25). Military retirees who do not have the opportunity to submit the documents in person can send them by mail to the above address.
