Cyprus defence minister’s visit to Armenia continues

The delegation headed by Cyprus Defence Minister Savvas Angeledis, on an official visit to Armenia, paid on 13 February a visit to the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex to pay homage to the Armenian Genocide victims. The delegation was accompanied by Armenian Deputy Defence Minister Gabriel Balayan.

The delegation also visited the Mathematical Machines Research Institute of Yerevan, where they studied the hi-tech defence projects developed in the Institute.

During the visit to the Homeland Defender's Rehabilitation Center, YSMU Rector Armen Muradyan and the Centre’s director, Haykuhi Minasyan, briefed Minister Angeledis on the Centre’s capacities. At the meeting, the further format of cooperation was also discussed.
