On 17 January, Col. A. Avetisyan, the head of the Defence Ministry's Human Rights and Good Conduct Centre, made a surprise visit to the Defence Ministry’s Central Gathering Station, where he studied the situation with the admission, medical examination and draw process for conscripts, observed the work of the Mandate Commission and talked with the conscripts and their parents.
