A delegation headed by Maj. Gen. Tigran Parvanyan, the commander of the Armenian-Russian joint forces, is scheduled to participate in the operative mobilization event and military scientific conference of the Russian Central Military District’s top officers, to be held in Yekaterinburg on 11 December.
