Lithuanian experts presented series of briefings concerning the organization of NCO corps modern trainings, teaching methodology, NCO as a junior leader, principles and styles of leadership and how it can affect the overall effectiveness of the Organization. Presenters also touched upon Lithuanian experience in the organization of training and education for NCO corps.

Graduates of Military Leadership Course received their certificates from the Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Gabriel Balayan and defence attaché of Lithuania to the Republic of Armenia, LTC Vytautas Rakauskas.
