A Kamaz truck belonging to one of the military units rolled into the gorge on the 5th kilometer of the Vorotan-Khndzoresk highway on 7 November, at about 13:00.

As a result of the accident, the following servicemen have died: Private Hayrapet (born in 1998), Private Hrant Gasparyan (born in 1998), Private Edgar Hunanyan (born in 1998), Private Davit Melkonyan (born in 1998).

Several others have received injuries.

An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the case.

The Ministry of Defence expresses its condolences to the family, relatives and friends of the deceased servicemen.
