Attending the event was Maj. Gen. Artak Davtyan, the chief of the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff.

The future officers swore to serve their homeland loyally, to keep the honour of the Armenian Army, to be good students and carry out their service duties with honour and loyalty.

Highlighting the role and importance of educated and competent officers in ensuring security, Maj. Gen. Davtyan wished success and peaceful service to the cadets, saying he was sure that after completing their education they would carry out their challenging but honourable and invaluable mission of a soldier.

The event was wrapped up with a solemn march of the cadets.
