The keynote report was made by Armenia’s military commissar, Maj. Gen. Henrik Muradyan, who presented the results of the conscription works, existing problems and steps taken to resolve them. He, in particular, spoke about the activities of the military commissariats and medical commissions, as well as issues related to the registration of young people of pre-conscription age, medical examinations and tests. The "I am" and "I Have the Honour" programmes were also discussed along with the statistical data about the applicants wishing to pass military service under those programmes.

At the end of the meeting, Minister Davit Tonoyan defined a number of tasks and gave instructions with regard to proper conduction of the conscription.
