Armenian defence minister meets with conscripts drafted under "I am" programme

During his working visit to the Republic of Artsakh, Armenian Defence Minister Davit Tonoyan met on 19 May with conscripts drafted under the "I am" programme at one of the Defence Army units. He was accompanied by the chief the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Col. Gen. Movses Hakobyan, and the Defence Army commander, Lt. Gen. Levon Mnatsakanyan.

Tonoyan discussed issues related to the effectiveness and continuity of the "I am" programme with the soldiers and their commanders took questions from them. He wished them a peaceful service and underlined that the "I am" programme is important for the Armed Forces.
