On October 30, the interdepartmental commission dealing with the status of participants in combat actions and that of the Yerkrapah volunteers held its regular meeting at the Ministry of Defence. The meeting, presided the chairman of the commission, Armenian Defence Minister Vigen Sargsyan, was attended by the commission’s deputy chairman and the president of the Yerkrapah Volunteers Union, Manvel Grigoryan, and representatives of relative departments. The meeting discussed the list of necessary documents established by the new procedures for awarding those statuses as well as made corrections in he lists submitted to the commission.

The commission also reviewed and approved applications for awarding such statuses to a number of homeland defenders.
