Vigen Sargsyan attends "Small Transition Economies: Local Responses to Global Challenges" session

Armenian Defence Minister Vigen Sargsyan attended on September 14, the "Small Transition Economies: Local Responses to Global Challenges" session, held at the Armenian-Russian University, and delivered a speech.

In his speech titled "Regional Challenges: From survival to development”, Sargsyan discussed the challenges Armenia faces, the regional developments, relations with neighbouring states and possible ways of their development.
