The Armenian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation held its 12th meeting in the Armenian Ministry of Defence building on September 5-9. The meeting was presided over its co-chairs, David Pakhchanyan, the Deputy Defence minister of Armenia and the chairman of the State Defence Industry Committee, and Vladimir Drozhzhov, Russia’s deputy director of the federal service of military-technical cooperation. A number of documents were discussed and signed during the meeting, including the records of the Commission’s meeting.
