Sargsyan wished success to the newly-appointed military attaché in the further service, expressing hope that his activity would contribute to the deepening of the Armenian-Iranian military cooperation.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of bilateral Armenian-Iranian interest, as well as regional issues and settlement of conflicts.
