Today ARM Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan received those science and culture actors participating in the program “Pages of History and Culture”, NGOs cooperating with the Ministry of Defence, representatives of educational-cultural institutions, and members of the Public Council adjunct to the Minister of Defence. During the meeting, they discussed the work done in 2010, and that to be done this year. Talking about the work towards military-patriotic and cognitive education of servicemen, Seyran Ohanyan greatly emphasized the importance of public support to that work. Intellectuals and heads of educational-cultural institutions participating in the program also made speeches. In his speech reactor of Yerevan State University Aram Simonyan stated, “Armenian Army is our daily pride. We are inspired by this cooperation and we will continue our joint work with great pleasure.” Mr. Ohanyan thanked the participants of the program “Pages of History and Culture” and mentioned that intellectuals are the most welcome guests in our detachments.
