Colonel Daniel Kim Balayan
Head of the ARM MoD Military Aviation Institute after Marshal Armenak Khanperyants

Born 24 December, 1956 in Yerevan

In 1975-1977 served in the USSR AF Air- Landing forces.

1980 he graduated from Volchansk Pilot-Instructor Aviation College

Since 1987 he has been a first class pilot-instructor and instructor of air-landing preparedness. His flight time on planes and helicopters is 5000 hours; the number of parachute descents is more than 900

Since 1993 he has been in the ARM Armed Forces

In 1990 he was appointed head of the aero-club

1993 by the order of ARM MoD Mr. Balayan was appointed head of the ARM MoD Military-Aviation Institute
